Innovation Communications Leader
Angelique Navarro is the Communications Leader for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, West North America, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, she is responsible for the communications strategy to strengthen and enhance the reputation of Johnson & Johnson Innovation partner of choice for early-stage innovators and other key external partners, driving leadership positioning in the space of health and technology innovation.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Angelique led Communications for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health where she managed brand communications strategy and execution for Neutrogena® and various skin health brands in the U.S. During her career at Johnson & Johnson, she has also served as the Global Corporate Communications Lead for Johnson & Johnson Vision where she oversaw the LASIK brand, led product launches and disease awareness programs partnering with professional organizations, key opinion leaders, and senior research & development leaders. Her deep expertise includes executive communications, media relations, thought leadership, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, and community impact.
Angelique received her B.S. in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
