Senior Director, Scientific Innovation, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines
Haifeng Cui is the Senior Director of Infectious Diseases & Vaccines Innovation at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Asia Pacific. In this role, he is responsible for contributing to and implementing the external innovation plan to deliver Infectious Diseases & Vaccines Therapeutic Area strategies in the Asia Pacific. He also supports Cardiovascular/Metabolism, Neuroscience and Immunology Therapeutic Area strategies.
Haifeng has more than 28 years of experience in drug discovery and therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Innovation, he has worked with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) by leading a multi-disciplinary team across biology, chemistry, DMPK, CMC and toxicology to refine and expand a nano target delivery platform for application in multiple disease areas, including anti-infective, immuno-oncology and inflammatory disorders.
Haifeng holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Analytical Chemistry from Bucknell University, and a B.S. in Polymer Chemistry, Zhejiang University.
